Revise: Re-examine our beliefs, attitudes, perceptions, our worldview, how we see life. Don’t become attached to the old, just because it’s been around forever. Re-examine all our truths. Chew them through. Ponder, contemplate. Slow down to see a new alternative reality.
Re-align: Re-access. Re-examine our values, principles, what is meaningful and purposeful to us? What now matters? What do we care for now?
Revitalise: Recharge, remake, repair. Instead of constantly charging around, striving and reaching further all the time. Instead of living a life dare to just BE. Accept ourselves for who and what we are. Allow others to be who they are, warts and all.
Release: Mindfully decide to let go and surrender to the old, and what’s no longer working for you. Let go of old emotions that are trapped. Feelings that have been suppressed. Beliefs that are no longer true. Let go of old expectations that simply don’t work for you anymore. Forgive yourselves and especially, forgive others. Drop it.
Re-imagine: Look to create new dreams, better goals, different objectives, alternative pathways…all based on the new world that awaits us on the other side, where so many aspects are going to be different.

Every two weeks, we have a different coach, health & wellbeing professional or expert who delivers a daily coaching session on their specialist topic in our private membership group on Facebook.
Change Your World Every Day will give you access to leading motivational speakers, health & wellbeing professionals and coaches.
Members are supported by our team of Change Your World coaches, keeping you motivated and on track to achieve your goals. Members can connect with each other, share their goals, dreams and desires as well as support each other, network and collaborate.
Just like a gym membership, members pay a monthly investment to be part of the Change Your World Every Day coaching group and gain access to the wealth of knowledge, expertise and coaching from the wide range of experts. What you get
Change Your World Every Day has a week of coaching, followed by a evaluation week to allow space to review your learnings, progress and what still needs work.
The coaching weeks will consist of five live coaching videos every day from Monday to Friday – hosted by a range of personal development experts and health & wellbeing professionals. The evaluation week allows for members to share their reviews, allowing learning from each other, but also to allow members to re-watch all coaching sessions. We have over 60 coaching weeks to watch so there is an enormous amount of life changing content.
A closed Facebook group where members can share their own stories, goals, challenges and successes.
A safe, private and supportive environment, where members will be actively encouraged to connect, form friendships, accountability partners and celebrate each other’s achievements and actively support each other through the challenges that can come with making changes.
This is a safe place to experiment, grow and learn and figure out who you truly are and what you want for your life. Inside this group you can grow in confidence until you are ready to make the changes you want to make outside of the group and have the courage to live in alignment with your own values.

On sign up for the monthly membership, a payment of £12.50 will be taken from your authorised account on a rolling monthly subscription, which you can cancel at any time. (If outside the UK, we will automatically convert to your country’s own currency).
On cancellation, you will have access to the coaching services and community for the remainder of the qualifying period of your final payment, then you will be removed from the group once your direct debit has ended.
If you do cancel, but then miss your daily fix of inspiration, empowerment and coaching, you will be welcome to sign up again at any time.
