Suzy Beaumont is a Psychotherapist, Stress Solutions Coach Personal Development Consultant, Corporate Trainer, and Founder of Change Your World. Through her work, she creates a positive ripple effect for individuals, organisations, and the environment.


Suzy has a vision to change the world using the power of personal development, counselling and coaching.  Whether working with organisations, groups or individually, Suzy and her team of health and wellbeing professionals help people to transform their personal and professional lives, which creates a ripple effect and changes the world.

MY WORK


I am a former multi award-winning BBC Producer with 18 years’ experience in TV and Radio creating nationally recognised features and live programming. I specialise in health & wellbeing and transformation.


Using my production experience, I moved into event planning, creating life changing health and wellbeing conferences to inspire and motivate people with their own journey of personal development and transformation. Continuing with my own development, I became an accredited facilitator with the Stress Management Society, delivering their stress awareness training programmes and private stress solutions coaching.  This led on to me training to become a Psychotherapist to enable me to further support individuals to remove all the obstacles preventing them from thriving and living life better.


I also work with a whole database of experts who deliver life changing content in my Change Your World Every Day coaching group.  Change Your World has become a one stop shop for all your training, coaching and counselling needs. With my team of health and wellness professionals, we deliver an array of workshops, and can also create tailormade training programmes for you and your teams.
